1. Agreement Overview

This Cardholder Agreement governs the issuance and use of Nexora Cards payment cards. By activating or using your card, you agree to all terms set forth herein and in the accompanying Fee Schedule.

2. Card Issuer

Nexora Cards cards are issued by licensed financial institution partners authorized by Visa International and Mastercard Worldwide. The specific issuer for your card is identified in your welcome package.

3. Card Use

Your card may be used for lawful purchases at merchants accepting Visa or Mastercard. You may not use the card for illegal gambling, adult services, sanctions violations, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

4. Crypto-to-Fiat Conversion

When you make a purchase, the equivalent fiat amount is converted from your linked crypto wallet at the prevailing market rate at the time of authorization. Conversion rates are determined by our regulated liquidity partners.

5. Fees and Limits

There is no annual fee. Foreign exchange transactions incur a 0.5% fee. Daily and monthly spending limits apply based on your account tier and are disclosed in your dashboard. ATM withdrawal fees may apply.

6. Rewards Program

Cashback rewards are earned on qualifying purchases and converted to your selected cryptocurrency at the end of each billing cycle. Rewards are deposited to your connected wallet. Premium cardholders earn 2x the base rate.

7. Lost or Stolen Cards

You must report a lost or stolen card immediately through the Nexora Cards app or support line. You are not liable for unauthorized transactions reported within the timeframes specified by card network rules.

8. Dispute Resolution

Transaction disputes must be filed within 60 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond in accordance with Visa and Mastercard dispute resolution procedures.

9. Card Cancellation

You may cancel your card at any time through the app. Outstanding balances must be settled before closure. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your card for suspected fraud or violation of this agreement.

10. Amendments

We may amend this agreement with 30 days notice. Continued use of the card after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where your card was issued. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
